"I couldn’t even get this thing working. The..."
I couldn’t even get this thing working. The setup was way more confusing than it needed to be, and after wasting too much time on it, I just gave up
"I’m not totally sure if it was something..."
I’m not totally sure if it was something I was doing wrong, but the cutting came out uneven sometimes and got a little frustrating. The engraving details were okay, nothing amazing, but not terrible either. Maybe I need to mess with the settings more, but my experience was just kind of mixed.

"Software support was a pain for me"
I bought a Creality Falcon thinking the setup would be straightforward, but the software side ended up being a lot more frustrating than I expected. It didn’t work smoothly with the design program I normally use, so I kept having to export files in different formats and mess around just to get basic things running.
The machine itself seems fine once you get past that, but the compatibility feels kind of unfinished. I looked through tutorials and reached out for help, but it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue. Everyone just points you somewhere else, and I ended up wasting hours figuring out simple stuff on my own. Not a terrible product, but the support experience makes it hard to rate higher

"Slow support and a warranty that didn’t really help"
Support took weeks to get back to me, which was frustrating. it’s not even about that alone, the bigger issue is that once they finally responded, the warranty still didn’t really do much for me. Just felt like a lot of waiting for very little help

"Honestly, This Thing Is Driving Me Up the Wall"
I don’t know what I expected, but for the price, I definitely didn’t expect it to feel this cheap. Some of the parts feel flimsy, and it keeps acting up like it has a personal vendetta against me. I’m constantly having to fix or tweak something, and it’s way more annoying than it should be. At this point, I feel like I bought a project instead of an actual product
